  • Independent employee benefit consulting firm representing all carriers
  • Provide benefit planning and solutions
  • Perform carrier evaluation to review premium pricing, plan design and provider network
  • Provide information regarding The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)
  • Assist clients with compliance regarding PPACA (ERISA, CHIPERA, and other documents).
  • Documentation provided on enrollment, claims, and administrative calls
  • Review and analyze existing benefit programs
  • Work with Humana Resource personnel to provide assistance on updated regulations
  • Direct liaison to the carrier for all necessary information
  • Assist with employee enrollment, claim forms, enrollment forms, and materials.
  • Offer industry knowledge through newsletters
  • Provide administration support for benefit summaries and summary plan descriptions
  • Review employer/employee contribution formulas and cost sharing measures
  • Provide employee meetings for educational purposes
  • Conduct semi-annual and annual reviews of plans
  • Upon renewal will quote the current market
  • Pro-active renewal process and conducting annual review of products
